Once extension hair is ordered through my salon, there is a zero return policy. -hair purchased through my salon must be installed by my salon. -hair purchased through my salon has a 6month warranty, and can be replaced due to any quality issues. Dissatisfied Customers: All services are non refundable. Should you be unhappy with your hair after your services or need a tweak, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment for a fix. We will do our best to get you scheduled in a timely manner, free of charge. Should you change your mind about the look you were going for, that will be an additional cost as it is not a redo. *Cancellation policy listed below salon hours.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 48hours of the scheduled appointment. A 100% no show fee/cancellation fee will be charged for any no show appointments/cancellations the day of the scheduled appointment. Please keep in mind that my salon is *appointment only* & I only come in for your appointment. I respect you & your time, remember to always do the same :)
